Very lightly...wish I could have packed lighter but I plan to lose a lot of things on the way. 2 small backpacks with room left over. My most important possessions are: Sketchbook, Nikon, Netbook. Other possessions include: 6 shirts, 2 pants, 2 pairs of shoes, some books, first aid kit, toiletries, cell phone, water filter, color pencils, underwear, money.
So jealous. I miss living out of a backpack. Simplifies life so much, and makes you realize how little you really need.
